Portfolio Analyzer export to Excel - What is wrong?

We are running Project 2002 Server SP1. As administrator I can build
a view in Portfolio Analyzer in Manage Views. I can export to Excel
from "Manage Views". If I look at the view under Resources tab
"Analyze Resources in Portfolio Analyzer" I do not see a way for a
user to export the Pivot Chart to Excel. What am I missing? Is there
a setting somewhere that I do not have set up?
