Portfolio Analyzer - Filter fields not working

Hi,

We use Portfolio Analyzer with Project Web Access. I have an end user who
can get into Portfolio Analyzer but the filter fields within the views aren't
working. For example, have a view that filters based on Department. The end
user can't unselect OR select any of the values that appear within the
Department filter. I can go back to my own computer and Portfolio Analyzer is
working fine. Also, for this particular end user, he didn't have Office Web
Components on his machine so I had to get this installed (used the
instructions in KB 324836) -- I've had to install this for other people and
never ran in to this Filter Issue before. Please advise how to correct this
issue.

Tracie

In this case, the Office Web components are key. If the user does not have a
qualifying Office 2003 product installed on his/her machine, he/she will not
have fully functional Analyzer views.

Sorry for the late response. So what is considered a "qualifying Office
2003" product. This particular end user has Project Web Access from
Microsoft Project Server 2003 on his workstation. Does not have Microsoft
Project Professional 2003 or Microsoft Office 2003. Is having just PWA
sufficient? If not, any ideas on what would need to be loaded? I have
uninstalled / installed the Office Web Components 2003 a couple different
times from the Microsoft Office Project Professional 2003 installation cd.

Thanks for your time on this item!!

Tracie -

It must be a Component of Office 2003, which includes Outlook 2003.
