Portfolio Analyzer Filters Inaccurate

Hello,

I am using Project Server 2003 and recently, when using filters in
Portfolio Analyzer, the data is not filtering correctly. For example,
an RBS field filter filtered to a specific group is showing all users
in the system not just those aligned to the RBS value. However, if I
change the Data Source to completely clear the view and then reset to
the original Data Source and rebuild the view, the filter will run
correctly.

This issue is occuring for customized views and Project Server-level
saved views.

Any thoughts as to why this is occuring and what I should to resolve?
