Portfolio Analyzer view not retrieving updated data

Tasks have been approved and saved in the actual .mpp files, but the
portfolio analyzer is not reflecting the updated data. Please advise. Thanks
in advance.

The Portfolio Analyzer won't include current project data until the next
time the OLAP cube rebuilds. By the way, you're not saving your projects as
..mpp files, are you (as indicated in your message)? You should save your
projects in the Project Server database. Hope this helps.

Hi Dale,
Thanks for your response. Some elaboration, when I mean saving the project
updates, I meant by I am the project manager/administrator, I verify the time
updates by the users and click "Update" in PWA to approve them, the client
application will then launch to ask me to save the actual project files. I
have verified that I am pulling the enterprise project files from the Project
Server. I have already tried to rebuild the OLAP cube several times, but the
data is still not updated.

As I stated in my previous post, ask your network support staff to check the
application event log on the server hosting Project Server and report the
errors in this group.
