I would like to set new custom view with these fields:
- Resource Name
- # of Projects
- # of Active Projects
- Avg % usability

Is there anyone how to get the 2nd, 3rd, 4th column ?

Do you mean that you want to calculate:

Total Hours of Work for All Resources / Total Hours of Availability for All
Resources ?
