Portfolio Analyzer - Work vs. Actual Work

I am trying to develop a portfolio analyzer report that will compare planned
work to actual work. I get correct data for January but for February and
March I get correct data for the planned work but no data for the actual
work. I know that there are hours in actual work. What am I doing wrong?

Have you verified that your cube build settings include this date range?
From Project Web Access, select Admin > Manage Enterprise Features and
verify the settings.
