Portfolio Analyzer

I have a Project Manager that previously was able to access Portfolio
Analyzer, but can no longer. He has the same permissions as all of my other
PMs, but he receives an error telling him that he does not have permissions.
How can I restore his access?

Can he access the views or not ?

If not, then he's likely to have been dropped from a category that is
related to the view.

If he can access the views, but no data is return, he probably doesn't have
access to the cube data. Add him to a role with the required permissions.

When he clicks on the link "Analyze resources in Portfolio Analyzer" he does
not see anything except an error page telling him he does not have
permissions. I have double-checked his permissions and they are the same as
all of my other project managers and they can all use portfolio analyzer.
Specifically, the global permissions for the group allow "View Portfolio
Analyzer". He recently upgraded to IE7, but we have not reverted his PC back
to IE6. We are in the process of re-installing Project Server, but I am not
sure that will help either. Any other suggestions?
