Portfolio Import Data Template

I've been trying to import financial information using an import template
inside the "Data Import" section of Portfolio Server.

To upload project information was very easy to figure and worked great. But
how can I upload financial information in the budget cost tab by year and
drilling down to Level 4 or Level 5?

Any help would be appreciated!
