Portfolio Modeler

Has anyone seen this error while creating a model in the
portfolio modeler.
"An unexpected error has occurred in the modeling server"
"Please see your Administrator"

I am loading all projects into the model and all specific
resources to see the impact to all projects if we
eliminate contract resources. Is this the best way to do
this?
