position box names disappear from

I create a position box under a manager box and when typing additional names
into the position box the names dissappear and only one or two names remain.

The shapes are only supposed to hold one name, various operatiions on
the shape will remove all but the first name
e.g. menu Organization Chart - Options -> Fields
and toggle the Department field.

In response to Paul - it doesn't happen all the time. We have our entire
organziation in Visio (over 60,000 employees) and on some boxes I have over
38 names within a position box.
