Position of X axis labels

I have a graph that shows both negative and positive variances on the y axis.
Therefore the zero value axis runs thru the centre of graph and if one wants
to put some labels associated with the x axis ie Jan, Feb, ... these appear
in the middle of the graph not neatly below the plot area as I would prefer.
Any clues?

TIA

Keep the axis where it is, to show where zero is. Instead, choose the
"Low" position for the tick labels.

Luke - That did the job!

Jon - Could't quite see that 'low' option (avail in xl2003?) but thanks for
the response

In 2003 it's on the Patterns tab of the Format Axis dialog, in the
bottom right of the dialog, under Tick Mark Labels.

In 2007 it's on the Axis Options tab of the Format Axis dialog, 2/3 of
the way down, next to Axis Labels.

The benefit of this approach is that your leave the axis at Y=0, which
helps decode the plotted values.
