Positioning Addresses on Envelopes

I am using Word 2002 and am having a problem printing envelopes ...
specifically I cannot get either the return address or the recipient's
address into the proper position. When I feed a #10 business envelope
through both addresses print in the proper position relative to the long
edge of the envelope but lengthwise the addresses are about 1.5 inches too
far to the right (eg. the return address is not in the upper left corner but
about 1.5 inches to the right of that). I have tried various options but
since my printer feed is fairly narrow I cannot feed envelopes the long way
through the printer ... I have to feed them with the short edge first. In
any event, I have just moved to Word 2002 ... I did not have any problems
with this on Word 2000.

Does anyone have any thoughts? Thanks.

Ah-ha ... found my problem ... it involved using the Clockwise Rotation
option on the Envelopes options window ... I don't think Word 2000 had that
option.
