positioning and absolute positioning features do not work

I recently installed Frot Page 2003 on Windows XP...the positioning and
absolute positioning features will not work. Can anyone help?

They work for me. Please tell me how/why you are concluding that they do
not work.

With the web open:
Tools->Page Options - Authoring tab
Tick the boxes CSS 1.0 (formatting)
and CSS 2.0 (positioning)
click OK
