Possibility of custom dates in calender

I'am a secretary and we work with Outlook in our office.
I have to book meeting in agenda's of our managers.
The only possibity I need and which is not there is to
put them in the agenda on custom dates.
The recurring possibility is easy when you have to plan
meetings on a weekly of monthly base.
Sometimes you have yearly meeting once a month on different
days/weeks but there is no possibility to put that in the system
(custom). Is it possible to build that, or is there another way.

Outlook doesn't support recurrences that don't fit a pattern. you can move
recurrences after the meeting is created and make them exceptions but there
is no way to select out-of-pattern dates as you create it.

The WS.Repeat appointment addin can do it but it creates individual
