Processor: Intel

Since I updated to 10.5.4 I have noticed a problem with Excel 2008. Should I be alarmed? I have removed and reinstalled Office 2008, and updated it to the most recent version, 12.1.1

The console message reads:

7/22/08 7:52:03 PM 0x0-0x39039.com.microsoft.Excel439 Tue Jul 22 19:52:03 Priscilla-Greenes-Computer.local Microsoft Excel439 <Error>: The function `CGPDFDocumentGetMediaBox' is obsolete and will be removed in an upcoming update. Unfortunately, this application, or a library it uses, is using this obsolete function, and is thereby contributing to an overall degradation of system performance. Please use `CGPDFPageGetBoxRect' instead.

No. You should not be alarmed. OS APIs change over time and we have to
change with them. We work with Apple to make sure we're using the right APIs
at the right time.
