Possible of using one site's components for another site?

Hi,

I have one hosting site (se, DomainA with its own domain name and IP
address) is under utilized, while another site (se DomainB also with its own
IP) at another hosting company is kind of busy.

So I was wondering if the following are possible and thanks for your kind
advise.

(1) Site for domainA has Windows SharePoint Service while DomainB site does
not have: Could I somehow using DomainA's sharepoint service for DomainB?

(2) Redirect some services from DomainB to DomainA: Is it possible to
redirect some services (such as Forum or Blog) from Domain B to Domain A

I have used some database of DomainA for DomainB and wondering if I can do
more to utilize DomainA's site, instead of adding more options for DomainB.

Ask your host as this doesn't have anything to do with Frontpage
specifically.
