Possible to add a business card image to a contact?

I'm running Outlook 2003. What I want to do is find a way to attach
scanned business images, jpeg or pdf format, to contacts. It would be
great if it can show up in the notes field. But let me know other ways
to deal with this if there are any. Then I can probably throw all my
paper cards out, at least I don't have to worry some cards get lost.

displayed instead of an icon?

No, unless you create a custom form in Outlook and use an image object. For
