Possible to add flash into an Excel workbook?

EXCELSIUS???

Im taking an Excel DSS class at my college. Im wondering if I can spruse up
my DSS with some nice flash animation. Curious to know if there is a way to
add it (.swf file)? Any help would be much appreciated.
