Possible to filter on attachment type?

Using Outlook 2003

Is there a way to enable Outlook to filter on attachments of certain types,
such as .scr .pif & other undesireables?

you can create rules that look for words in the header and it'll get some,
but not all, of the messages with attachments. all undesirables are already
blocked, so filtering only makes them easier to get rid of.
