Possible to protect macros and still transfer w/ Organizer

I am trying to protect a set of VBA Macros in Project 2003. However,
when I hide the code for viewing with password protection, I am unable
to view or transfer the macros in the Organizer. Is there a way to
protect/hide the code, yet still be able to move the macros using the
Organizer???
