Post 2gig crash restore

My coworker encoutered the 2gig max limit for Outlook 2000. We did the
truncate and scan.pst stuff, and were able to recover his emails.
However, his Calendar and Contacts are not functioning properly.
His Contacts exist, but are not displaying the names.
His Calendar will not allow any new additions (says "Conflict" even if there
are no events listed for that day).
In addition, his reminders keep going off for all events that are showing in
the calendar, even for ones he's dismissed.
Anyone have any ideas on how to fix his contacts and calendar?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you!

Were I in his shoes, I'd start with a new delivery location. See
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=195782 . Then move as much as you can from
the old PST to the new.
