Post Cards and Mail Merge

I am trying to use 8.5 X 11 paper to create four post
cards per sheet. How do I format the page and instruct
mail merge wizard to insert addresses for recipient 1,2,3
and 4 on a single sheet?

In the Mail Merge Wizard select Labels and then choose an Avery stock number
such as 3263, which is for 2 x 2 postcards.

I created as many pages as I needed (like 27 to get my 106 person mailing list populated) (w/ 4 cards per page) and then ran mail merge - it worked fine.

This is not necessary. You need create only one page of labels, then run the
merge.
