post dated e-mail from Outlook Calendar

Is it possible to have an e-mail sent to myself the day
before an appointment date in my outlook calendar?

I appreciate your help, but, because I was hoping that
Outlook would send an e-mail to my regular e-mail address
much the same as the Yahoo Calendar does. Thanks again.
