post ofiice pop-up

When I attempt to open outlook I have recently started
getting a pop-up box from Microsoft that asks for a post
office, mailbox, and password. Never having encountered
this in the past, I clicked off to close the box, received
a message about working offline, yet it still works. I am
having other challenges and can't get help from mother
Micro because the software is OEM (Dell) Can anybody help
with this pop-up?

This is a prompt displayed when you have your default delivery location set
to an Exchange server. If you don't have an Exchange server with which to
connect, remove the Exchange account from your profile.
