I need to obtain the post service pack 2 hotfix as described in this link:

If any one can give me the download, or who to contact at microsoft would be
appreciated.

Follow the link in the article to the list of Microsoft phone numbers. Call the number appropriate for your location and tell them you need a hotfix, giving them the number of the KB article.
