I am investigating this hotfix:

In PWA, edit project properties, the owner pick list seems to include
all users, irregardless of permissions. Does anyone else have this
experience?

In PS2007, I believe the list is populated by anyone with the category
permission "Save Project to Project Server".

This was the case before the hotfix. I am seeking confirmation of this
unwanted change before I upgrade other environmnets.
