I am attempting to create a presentation that will PRINT out as one large
poster with various slides in sequence. How do I change the formatting so
that this can be accomplished?

I can't tell if you need tiling or just large output.

There are a number of ways to do this, but they all tend to hinge of your
printer's capabilities. Can you print single page posters? Or do you need
to tile it (multiple smaller pages)?
