posting a ppt with movie on a message board??

Hello,
I am posting a PPT on a message board and am having trouble with other being
able to view my movie ( in the PPT) from their personal computers. HOw can I
get around this?? Why will it only play on mine? I'm using PPT 2000.

You must include the video file and ask others to put it in the same folder
as the ppt.
