How do I:
1) Post a form on a web page
2) automatically download data when people fill out the form onto a
spreadsheet

Your question is a little bit general

What you say when you say "Post a form on a web page"? It's only for
see or for fill out the form?

And For the second question you wan't that people fill out a
spreadsheat (an xslt without infopath)?

I'd like to have some pull-down boxes of choices that users could select,
then submit -- sort of like a survey tool would do, and then compile the
selections various individuals made in a spreadsheet.
