posttext string for proxy server

Hi:
Can somebody help me? My problem is:

I have a web project that download excel sheet to local
machine from website. There is a proxy server between the
user and web server. After user download sheet and add
some data to sheet, user try to submit sheet to web
server, the proxy sever is time out. I try to use macros
to re-logon to proxy server using postext method. But I am
not sure how can generate the connecting proxy server
string.
