Is windows xp professional "power expert" the same as
power point only in a different format?

Tell us more about what you mean. Windows XP is an operating system and doesn't
include PowerPoint. I don't know what your mention of windows xp profession
power expert refers to. Is this a product you saw? Where did you see it?

We don't do email here. A newsgroup's real value is that all information
exchange is done "in public" so that thousands can benefit.
