Power Point 2003 Presenter View

I can use the pen to write on slides in the regular view but when I choose
"Presenter View" and right click on the screen, I do not get the pen prompt.

Which screen are you right clicking, the Presenter View screen or the slide show
screen? The pen can only be used on the slide show. Also, go to Tools >
Options > View and make sure that you have a checkmark next to "Show menu on
right mouse click".
