power point 2003 saving and sending .

I am a NEWBIE who has just started to use Power Point 2003. I have made my
first task pane and would like to send it for review with an other presenter
for our seminar. How can that be done? I tried pushing the send button on the
top left hand side of the screen, but it did not go through. Why not?
