POwer point and Excel;

I am using a hyperlink to open up a spreadsheet from a presentation. How do
I continue my presentation without using the alt tab etc.

First I would like to say thanks for you r help and hints.
I have tried that and it works for small spreadsheet. However I found out
it crisper If I used excel thru the Hyperlink. What I could not do is
continue the presentation once we were done with the spreadsheet. It is not
fluid at all

If you prefer to hyperlink to your excel spreadsheet, you can continue the
presentation by closing your spreadsheet rather than going through alt-tab.
