Power Point Background

I am wanting to use a picture that I watermark as a background to my slide
presentation. How do I do that? I want to be able to type text over the
slide background. Thank you.

From the menu bar, select Format, Background, down arrow to Fill Effects,
Picture, Select Picture, Insert , OK, Apply to All
