power point can't preview or print slides in color

Hi there. I have work with pp for more than 5 years and this is the first
time I see this. I can't preview and print sllides in color to a color
printer. I selected color features in the print menu, in the view menu and
nothing. If anybody knows how to fix this, please e-mail me at
[email protected]. Thank you

Office Helper

When you are looking at the Print screen, did you go into the Properties
button for the printer? You should see an option in there to force black and
white or grayscale. Make sure that is not selected.

Can you print other files in color? Make sure there is enough color ink (or
toner) in your printer.
