power point compatibility?

I

Ian Jackson

Hello,
I was wondering why the power point presentation I have saved on to memory
stick at home will not open up at school. The version of power point at home
is the 2000 version and the one at school is the 2003 version. Does anyone
have any ideas as to why? This would be much appreciated, thank you.

Make sure SP1 has been installed on Office 2003.

Also, don't save directly to your memory stick. Save to your harddrive and
copy to your memory stick. Working from and saving directly to removable
media is just asking for trouble.

Cheers echo,
Ill check on the service pack 1, and thank you for the advice on the memory
stick.

You're welcome, Ian. You can check the version of PPT by going to Help/About.
If it has SP1 installed, you'll see that listed at the end of the line
listing the version.

If you don't see SP1 there, go to Help/Check for Updates to install.
