Power Point & Media Clips

We have a user that is running Office 2003, and he is
trying to insert a MPEG file into a Power Point
presentation. Everything works fine, until he tries to
run the media clip in the PPT file, it crashes Power
Point and will not play the file. The file can be used
on other machines with no issues. The updates to Media
player and Office have been done, but there is still no
success.

Has anyone run into this problem? Does anyone have a fix
for it?
