Power Point org chart object

I'm working with org chart objects in powerpoint. On some
slides, when I close (exit) and save the org chart object
to return to the slide, the org chart has blown up 1000%+
and I am unable to view it.

I can't figure out why this is happening and am unable to
resize the object b/c it has exceeded the sizing limits.
How to fix this problem?
