i try to read my mail but i can't. it show the message
that it need Power point presentaion. i don't know how to
download it. Can you help me?

If you are opening an attachment from email, and it is a PowerPoint
file/show, you can utilise the free viewer:

It will allow you to view [and not modify or edit] a PowerPoint file.
