What sound format are you using? If the music is in wav format, you can embed
the music into the presentation (See bottom link on how to embed). If you
are using other format, it is best to convert the music into wav format using
sound convertor. By doing so, the music will be embedded into the
presentation (preventing the link from breaking). In addition, you do not
have to email the music.
Also for other format such as mp3, you will need to email the music as they
are only linked, not embedded. Linked music breaks easily. You will need to
create a pathless link. To do so,
Create a new folder and move the ppt and music into the folder.
Now, open the ppt file, delete and reinsert the music to create a pathless
link.
Then, save your presentation.
Email both the presentation and music.
* You can also choose to zip the FOLDER using WinZip or Windows XP Built-in
Zip Support. Then, email the zip file.
