I recently installed Microsoft Office 2003 Student and Teacher Edition. I
have had problems with Winword and Power Point quitting with an error message
"experienced a problem and must close... send or don't send..." on the
screen. The most frustrating one has to do with not being able to play mpg
movies in Power Point. The WMV files work fine. I tried reducing my hardware
acceleration setting to the third from left position as one knowledge base
article recommended to no avail. I have Power Point from Office 97 on an
older (Windows ME) computer and the mpgs work fine on that machine. If anyone
has had similar problems please let me know what you did if you have fixed
