Power Point Slides inserted into OneNote way too large

Hello,
I'm new to OneNote. When I insert a power point presentation into OneNote
using the Insert Files as Printouts function, the slides are extremely large,
so that they are much wider than the viewing area. Then, I find if I want to
reduce their size, I can only do it one slide at a time, which is very time
consuming.
a) Is there a way to cause the slides to appear smaller when inserted?
b) Or is there a way to reduce the size of all the slides at once in order
to conserve time?

But - as might have your ear -:
Why in heaven did this most important tool not make it into the new
version???
IMHO it would have to be one of the core features.
