Power point templates

would you please be kinf enough to tell me how do you create power point or
publisher templates and designs, by which programme? because really i've got
very good ideas, so i'd produce very nice designs..! thanks alot

In PowerPoint create your design then choose Save As in the dialog select
design template from the Save As Type Dropdown menu.

In Publisher create your design then choose Save As in the dialog select
Publisher template from the Save As Type Dropdown menu.
