Power Point

Chrissie

Hi - the only element of Office that I use on my computer is Power Point, for
all of those hilarious forwarded emails I receive.

I have recently bought a new PC - I am SURE that my old PC came with some
version of Office pre-installed because these emails would just run of their
own accord. However, I have had to get hold of a trial version of Office to
view about 12 emails I have had since I bought my new PC; the trial is going
to run out soon, and there is no way I am paying all that money to buy the
whole Office package when I only use one component.

Does anybody know if there is another way I can get hold of just Power
Point? (I am not suggesting Illegal Means by the way!!!) If it helps, I am
running XP SP2.

Thank you in advance, Chrissie

Thank you in advance

If I remember correctly, the PowerPoint viewer used to be, possibly still
is, a free download from Microsoft. But the reference to e-mail leaves me
wondering if Chrissie may be confusing PowerPoint (presentation graphics)
and Outlook (e-mail, calendar, contacts).
