I have been trying to get to someone at poweredby for months and no luck.
Today my password that has worked since I got the service does not work.
and I need other help. But no one answers the several e-mails I have sent,
to several correct addresses I believe. Can you help please. Please get to
mea at [email protected] since [email protected] does not
work. This is very important to me a crisis. I have a mailing list of
2.680 and cannot get the e-mail.

Thank you for your valuable time.

Very best always,
Don

Not sure how we can help you. If they are that unresponsive I'd switch
to another host in a heartbeat...maybe they're going outta business.

Dear Crash,

Thank you for your relpy, not one that thrills me but at least a
thought. I have been writing a long time so it shocks me they may be
going out of busines, but I guess these services will run without
anyone attending to them for a long time. When I go to their website,
www.poweredby.com it says there are no "issues," everyting mail and
server are running fine. And there are three places to send mail,
what I do. Nothing is answered. I do tell them to contact me on
[email protected] because my [email protected] is the
issue. I cannot get mail. I can upload my website changes to their
server but that does not mean that there is one in the building.
Humm, I wonder if they still take credit cards. I think my service
may have expired, very possible. But I have never received a renewal
notice. Maybe they just walked away from the store. Had my password
not been corrupted I guess there would be no problem. As it is my
mail will reside on their server until it rots, not so?
There "service," is only $39 per year. Someone talied me into getting
it because it is cheap. I guess I should have listened to the guy who
said, You get what you pay for." My mail is important to me. And I
don't have any idea what the next step is.

Thank you, Crash, for your comment. Any others I will appreciate. I
will go look for a rope to hang myself. :)

Very best always,
Don
