Drowning in VBA
Hi,
I don't have any problems with the Runtime displaying the "Powered By
Microsoft Access" button, but I can't have it opening a web browser due to my
application being distributed to users who - according to the boss - should
not have internet access for web browsing and such. So while I don't want to
disable that button altogether (I feel that MS *SHOULD* get its due for the
runtime), I need to disable it from opening a browser.
Is it possible to disable that? If not, is it possible to deny the user
under which the browser is opened access to the browser itself? That is, the
company's WinXP security policy already denies the Windows user permission to
browsers, but I'm assuming that the Access Runtime opens the browser under a
different user. If so, which user is it opened as? And if I disable that
user's permission to open a browser will I get a runtime error if someone
clicks on the "Powered By" button?
Hope someone can help me.
