Powerpoint 2000 flow chart problem

I have MS office 2000 installed and I have updated to include the office
sp3. Eveytime I go to use the flow chart template powerpoint complains that
it is not installed even those it is. I have removed and reinstalled but it
makes no difference, I have even selected everything to be installed just
incase I was missing some combination of components but still no joy. Any
suggestions??

The exact "complaint" (error message) usually helps, Tim. I'll guess
you're seeing "server application, source file, or item can't be found,
please reinstall..."

Under normal circumstances I would agree with you, unfortunately I am about
120 miles from the said PC And forgot to get a copy of the error message
when I was there. I am back there next week so I will have another go.

It just says that Something (related to the flowchart) is not installed. Any
other info you can suggest will be greatly appreciated

I sure understand not having access to whatever it is that I need at the
moment.

For right now, though, I'll stick with the FAQ 236 link I suggested
below. If that's not the error, or that doesn't fix it, holler back.
