Powerpoint 2002 problems with 2003 files

Hi,

We send out powerpoint 2003 files to a lot staff and the ones with office
2002 arent able to open them. Is there a compatibility issue?

There should be no compatability issues AFAIK. Was there an error message?

Do the 2003 users have the service packs installed? If not, install them. It
should fix the problem. (It was a bug in 2003)

hi Kathy,

thanks for your reply. I will roll out sp2 on my machines asap. i have read
else where that sp3 has compatibly issues of its own, is this true?
