PowerPoint 2002

David

I have two separate PowerPoint presentations. I would
like to combine them into a single file but keep the
distinct formatting of each one.

When I try to add the files from one presentation into the
other, the files take on the formatting of the first file.

Is there anyway to combine these into a single file but
retain the original formatting of each?

Thank you.

When you pen the first one, click "Insert", "Slides from files", select your
other presentation, click on the thumbnails of the slides you want to
insert, make sure you click the "Keep source formatting" checkbox at the
bottom left before you click the "Insert" button.

Works for 2002 or 2003 (not previous versions).
